Refund Policy
1. We offer a 12-month warranty on all refurbished products and a 90-day return period. Buy with confidence!
2. Customers can request a return or refund within 90 days of receiving the merchandise. Any refund request must be submitted to our customer service team for confirmation and approval within 90 days of receiving the product. We will issue a refund within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
3. Customers can only request repair or replacement after 90 days. After receiving the return, we will repair or replace it within 3 business days and then return it to the customer.
4. For your convenience, we have a return address in France. Please contact us by email before returning the product. The product will be returned to the customer without prior contact.
5. The item must be in the same condition as when purchased (including all original packaging and accessories), and the customer must remove iCloud and other personal information before returning the item; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse after-sales service and return the phone to the customer.
6. The customer must provide detailed photos of all six sides of the mobile phone before returning the merchandise so that we can determine liability in case of damage.
7. Unless the product has quality issues, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the customer receives a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
